Intercept Home Watch will not provide services until we have met. We need to get to know you, review your needs and customize a home watch package to suit your requirements.

The first thing you need to do is call or email us to set up a free consultation to discuss your needs. We can detail and record your requirements ,including basic information such as emergency contact information, destination telephone numbers, email /fax contact information, pertinent dates of departure and arrival. Should your contact information change, we require written confirmation via email ,or by  phone.


After Meeting

Once we have your service package finalized, you , the owner, will need to provide :

a spare set of keys that have been tested and dropped off to Intercept Home Watch 3 days prior to your departure.
A temporary alarm code ( if applicable )
A contact list of all pre-approved contractors/service providers ( if applicable )
All keys will be returned, upon request, or at the completion of the contract with Intercept Home Watch.


Upon Your Return

Please inform Intercept Home Watch that you have returned home safely. We would like your comments on the care your home received during your absence.
