Intercept Home Watch provides basic and customized packages tailored to your needs to ensure your home is secure during your absence. All packages provide the basic services listed. Please contact us by phone to review our discounted rates for frequent visits and/or extended absences.

Weekly Packages start  at $35 and include 1 scheduled visit.

Monthly Packages start at $140 and include 4 scheduled visits.

Discounted rates apply to all clients who require services for frequent visits and extended absences.

Intercept Home Watch is also proud to provide an additional 10% discount for our Military personnel and their families.

BASIC SERVICES

• Interior and exterior verification of primary residence and exterior structures including entry/exit routes/ locks/glass surfaces.
• Verification of exterior timers, lights, motion and other sensors.
• Testing of all local smoke and Co2 sensors/replacement of batteries in local smoke detection if needed.
• Furnace and HVAC tests.
• Verification of visible plumbing joints for leakage.
• Running taps and flushing toilets to deter hard water and mineral build up.
• Verification that Refrigerators and Freezers are fully functional.
• Adding water softeners provided by customer to the water softening system.
• Removal of light property debris, unwanted flyers and circulars.
• Placing mail in home.
• Verification of pilot lights, gas service functions.
• Watering of indoor plants, outdoor planters and window boxes if required.
• Provide a weekly/monthly log via email to include dates of visits to your property, an itemized list of services performed as well as a list of any exceptions noted during the visit.
